Fitting Notes
Spreadsheet used for documenting fitting notes. Some of it's features include drop down menus with each of the drapers/specialists, different pages for each round of fittings, and the ability to sort or filter by actor, sketch number, draper, etc.

Item Aquisition List
This document tracks every item in the show, how or if it's aquired, and even sizing, color, and source, which is extraordinarily helpful when doing returns or rentals. It can be sorted by actor, sketch number, source, etc.

Financial Report
The financial report records every purchase and return (indicated in red) made during the procurment process. It organizes payments by card or cash, and then seperates the payments into the different parts of the budget: procurment, hair and makeup, shop supplies, and contingency. At the bottom of the document, it adds each column so we know exactly how much was spent in each catagory, as well as the total budget.

Scanned Reciepts With Buycards
Reciepts were printed (if needed) then scanned with their buy card. The information was then put into the financial report seen above and then filed away. Digital copies were kept in a google drive folder all together, which allowed the shop manager to sign off on purchases and see exactly how much was spent on specific items. The original copy was kept in the show binder and a copy was printed and given to the shop manager.

Dressing Cards
Made for the actors so that they know exactly what to wear, from skin out. They were printed and hung up in the actors' dressing room for their reference. It also allowed clear communication with the wardrobe team so that they could help make sure everything was worn as intended.

Show Binder
The show binder was kept in the shop and was exceptionally helpful for the drapers and shop staff. It held the production calander, rehearsal reports, actor measurments sheets, sketches, swatch pages, draper packets, reciepts, and copies of the financial report. Anything that could possibly be needed was kept in here.
